Terms of Service

• Asking for a commission means that you agree to the entirety of my TOS

• I require payment upfront. After full payment is received, I will start the commission. This EXCLUDES art trades/non monetary payment.•Payment methods I have set up are:
Ko-Fi
Cashapp
Venmo
PayPal• DO NOT ISSUE A CHARGEBACK FOR ANY REASON.
• If you need a refund, just let me know. I will refund what I believe is acceptable, and what has been finished of the commission will be sent to you.
• Full refunds are applicable only if progress has NOT been started. Otherwise a % will be taken out from the refund if I have started your commission. Refunds will not be given in any form if the commission has been completed.

• Tips are always appreciated, before or after the commission! ♡• Turn around time will vary based on commission type. Expect a 1 - 3 week turnaround. I will let you know if there are factors that will increase turnaround time.• I work as a computer technician at a local shop with a varying schedule, so Turnaround Times can change with that.• While I try to keep it 'first come, first served', I also work on things based on the time and energy I have.

• I will send you a WIP via contact of your choice. Progress will continue once the WIP is accepted. I am happy to send them via Twitter DM, or email.• Small edits in any phase are always welcomed and encouraged! I want you to be happy with your piece! ♡• Larger edits (pose changes, full outfit changes, additions not discussed prior tos starting, etc.) will result in a longer turnaround time than predicted. I work on things in order of what I have the energy and time to do at the point of working on art.• After I have finished the commission small edits can be made for free. A 5~15% fee will be added based on larger edits needed.• DO NOT edit my artwork or claim the work as yours.• Finished commissions will be given in full resolution via a Stash link, Google Drive link, email, discord or telegram.

TRADES AND FREE ART
• Most above TOS applies to these types of pieces. What is said below overrides what is said above if overlaps occur.• These pieces have NO set turnaround time. Will be completed in my free time.• I will only make simple edits on trades.• Link to unmarked full res will be given only when both parties are finished with the trades.• Free art is not subject to edits unless character markings are incorrect.• Harassment will result in an immediate drop out/termination of a piece.• I have the right to stop a free piece or trade at any time for any reason. You will be notified if this happens.• Please contact me with questions, concerns or edit needs. I am happy to help where I can. ♡---------------
• These Terms of Services are subject to change at ANY time. Failure to meet what is stated in this TOS will result in an abandonment of the commission, a refund (if applicable) and being blacklisted from receiving a commission from me in the future.WILL DO

THE USE OF MY ARTWORK AS AN NFT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. IF AN NFT OF MY WORK IS SOLD, I REQUIRE THAT 100% OF THE PROFITS ARE DIRECTED TO ME, IN USD, NOT CRYPTO. I WILL FILE LEGAL ACTION IF AN NFT OF MY WORK IS CREATED, WHETHER OR NOT IS HAS BEEN SOLD.USING MY ARTWORK FOR AI IS ALSO PROHIBITED AND WILL BE FOLLOWED BY LEGAL ACTION IF NECESSARY
